Returns

  • You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order if:
    • You received the wrong product
    • The item is damaged or expired
    • The product is defective or not as described

  • All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products requested for return after 24 hours of delivery

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and the product is collected or verified, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 4–5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery if applicable under the return policy.
